1. Supervise and motivate the banquet team to ensure smooth event operations and high service standards. 2. Oversee staff on shift, ensuring proper grooming, conduct, and adherence to hotel service standards. 3. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. 4. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards through consistent supervision and training. 9. Address guest feedback promptly and take corrective action to maintain a high level of satisfaction. 10. Perform any other duties assigned by management in a diligent and professional manner.
• O-Level or equivalent • Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience • Able to work independently • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
