Conduct and handle triages and enquiries from clients, public, and stakeholders for walk-ins, emails, phone calls, and through online counselling platform. Support social workers and counselors in handling the cases and in critical incidents. Conduct and support group work when required. To be able to liaise directly with partners and stakeholders when necessary. To be involved in setting up proper and organized documentation processes within the department Support department in the administrative tasks and documentations required. Assist in maintenance of operations and functioning of the service. Handle report submission when deemed suitable by Head of Centre. Handle and support ad-hoc tasks and projects by the agency. Support and execute programme evaluations when necessary.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Possess career interest in Social Service sector. Having some level of understanding and experience in Social Service sector will be an advantage. A team player and fast learner. Able to multi-task and work independently. Proficient in written and oral communication. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Good awareness of self and others. Patience and able to demonstrate listening skills.
