Job Responsibilities: Handle calls and various omni-channel interactions promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on relevant products & services. Respond to customers' queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution satisfactorily. Depending on the projects assigned, candidates may be required to perform cross selling and upselling of products and services to existing customers and prospects.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Able to communicate fluently in English and at least one other language to attend to non-English speaking customers. Prior experience in a Call Centre environment is preferred. Proficient in computer skills. Candidates with prior customer service experience in other businesses and operations may be considered as well. Possesses a customer service mind set and is able to empathise with customers and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing. Able to commit to a 3‑shift rotating schedule, including night shifts (6 working days per week).
