• Works closely with the Recruitment Managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment development plans. • Establishes and builds relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiters, advisors and candidates. • Support all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle – process candidate materials, schedule interviews, internal and external correspondence, collect feedback, assist with offer process, and visa processing if required.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or customer service role. • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and suppliers. • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placements. • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to clients. • Maintain active candidate pipelines through headhunting, networking, and sourcing. • Deliver high-quality recruitment and client service experience.
