Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, including picking and packing based on customer order sheets, as well as scanning and putting away goods. Duties include checking the quality and quantity of items during receiving and releasing, liaising with internal customer service teams and external service providers or suppliers, and performing cycle counts and stock takes. The role also involves carrying out system transactions (GR/GI) using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, supporting QHSE requirements, and handling any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Candidates with prior experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of WMS or SAP systems will have an advantage. Possession of a forklift license or experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) is also preferred. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant and friendly disposition, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Additionally, they should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
