Therapy Support: Assist Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists in delivering therapy services aimed at improving patients’ quality of life. Support therapists in transferring, lifting, and wheeling patients safely within the organization. Clinical Education & Coordination: Assist the Head of Department in coordinating clinical education programmes and activities for therapy assistants. Participate in the orientation and mentoring of new Therapy Aides. Guide and orientate volunteers attached to the Rehabilitation Department. Therapy Activities: Conduct and lead group exercise sessions independently. Perform outcome measure assessments under the guidance of therapists. Quality & Safety: Assist the Therapy Aide In-Charge in conducting clinical audits. Report all accidents or potential hazards promptly to the reporting officer. Equipment & Housekeeping: Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and proper housekeeping of therapy equipment and facilities.
