Providing social work-based intervention, counselling and emotional support and other assistance to patients and families. Bachelor’s degree / Post graduate certificate in Social Work (or Major in Social Work). Practising Social Worker Accreditation by Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW). An average of 5 years relevant experience preferred. Good social case work intervention skills. Good counselling skills. Good interpersonal skills. Proficient in word processor and spreadsheet programmes. Mentoring skills (if applicable).
