Technician (Module Assembly & Disassembly)

Job Detail

Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engine modules and components. Undergo overseas training and support setup of new equipment and processes associate with GTF Fan Drive Gear System (FDGS) repair cell Interpret and follow Engine Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards. Install and maintain gear system Perform inspection for wear, alignment, and lubrication Do repair or replacement of gears and bearings Document shop findings and generate shop visit reports for engine module and components Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency. Support Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets. Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required. Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
