Lead and manage the team by setting clear priorities and achieving results through effective communication Maintain and support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations through real‑time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions. Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow—delivering high quality, high yield, and low cost—by working closely with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed production targets. Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization for product and process industrialization. Work with Engineer to ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in the system Manage and follow up on Lots on Hold. Engage and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Degree in Engineering Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering. Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment. Good communication and reporting skills Engineering data analysis skills Multi-tasking ability
