Provide hands-on training for new team members and coaching for the existing team to ensure proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service protocols are followed. Support the superior by helping to organize daily tasks and distribute assignments, ensuring the team's operational needs are met efficiently. Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints, working to resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
