Maintenance Technician

Job Detail

Perform hands-on repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry. Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations. Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues. Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Able to provide support to other departments. Experience using AI-powered workplace productivity tool (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or other approved AI applications) to improve operational efficiency, reporting, communication or process automation will be an added advantage. Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
