Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business. Works with planning, manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met. Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes. Identify bottle-neck process and workout capacity improvement projects with cross-functional teams and/or CapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business. Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost. Conduct time study and update processes cycle time. Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes. Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
BS in Industrial Engineering required, MS preferred. 8 years related experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred. Thorough knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, practices, and principles Excellent problem solving, continuous improvement analytical skills (6Sigma / 5S / Lean Manufacturing). Must be a team player, detail oriented, and work well with others and perform well under pressure
