Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process/test engineering, with a focus on wafer-level testing Strong expertise in RF filter technologies (BAW & SAW) Hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), probe cards, and wafer-level test platforms Proven track record in yield improvement, statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
