Excited and enthusiastic about manufacturing and assembly automation. Experience working in an EMS or Contract Manufacturing company is an added advantage. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and methodical. A strong team player and effective collaborator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Fluent in English. Preferred experience in global automation or U.S.-based deployment projects. PMP Certification is a plus. Ideate with site functional stakeholders to collect automation requirements. Perform technical and financial feasibility studies and define ROI calculations. Collaborate with suppliers and the automation system engineering team to finalize automation proposals. Develop business cases for senior management justification and obtain necessary approvals. Plan, execute, monitor, and hand over automation systems to site functional stakeholders.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred/directly related experience may be considered. PMP Certification is advantageous Experience Requirement: With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the followings: Automation Project Management in a manufacturing environment Solid knowledge & experience in Physical automation: Mechatronics & robotics, Complex Mechanisms, Motion systems, controls, PLC’s, Vision systems, Pneumatics & Mechanical systems.
