Join our dynamic Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assembly and Test) Management team as a Planning Specialist. Reporting directly to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing ST capacity bookings with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT). Key responsibilities include: Assessing outsourcing capacity against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plans for your assigned portfolio. Driving alignment on consignment materials and acting as the central liaison among internal teams, material suppliers, and OSAT partners. Managing the end-to-end administrative cycle by creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP. Analyzing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data, proactively communicating demand changes or schedule adjustments to OSAT partners to maintain lean inventory and operational agility. Monitoring inventory movements and leading month-end closing processes to ensure physical stock accuracy. Validating and processing subcontractor payments, ensuring all billing complies with contractual terms and actual material usage.
