Job Description: Join our dynamic FAB Operations team at A*STAR, where you will work on advanced semiconductor process technologies and contribute to impactful research and innovation. > Operate multiple types of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment. > Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily work and duties. > Operate equipment according to required process specifications. (e.g., procedures, change notifications, etc.) > Actively participate in assigned on-the-job training and complete required trainings as requested. > Provide operation coverage and backup equipment support when necessary. > Monitor tools output performance and communicate promptly with Engineers-in-Charge to support equipment error recovery. > Demonstrate teamwork in executing process sequences and performing data collection when required. > Strictly follow safety protocols and cleanroom rules. > Maintain a 6S work environment and report hazards, suspicious, or abnormal activities promptly. > Identify and suggest improvements in wafer processing cycle time, equipment utilization, safety, compliance, consumable requirement and cost savings.
