Job Detail

Maintain, monitor, and support internal IT applications to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations. Provide L1/L2 user support: troubleshoot application/system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes or workarounds. Analyze, collect, and prioritize user and business requirements for system enhancements or new features. Design, develop, test, and deploy application changes (e.g., bug fixes, enhancements, minor modules) following internal standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT infrastructure, production, engineering, planning, etc.) to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, interface specifications, configuration guides, maintenance procedures, and user manuals. Participate in change management activities: impact assessment, risk identification, rollback planning, and release coordination. Support system performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure applications meet SLAs. Contribute to incident and problem management by documenting issues, lessons learned, and preventive measures Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows and automate manual processes within the factory environment
