Job Detail

You are expected to provide good customer service and attend to the needs of patients / customers at all times. The Job includes but is not limited to: Perform cashier duties, ensure billing transactions are accurate and correct at all times. Provide information and assistance on products and prices. Provide good customer service. Update product knowledge to provide relevant and correct information to patients/customers. Stack, maintain and replenish stocks/products. Ensure the safety / security and housekeeping of shop floor. Assist in receiving and processing retail orders at inpatient processing area.
