You are responsible for the provision of sterile and serviceable surgical instruments and equipment to operating theatres and procedural rooms by ensuring all aspects of sterile processing: decontamination, inspection, preparation, packaging, sterilisation, storage and distribution. You will also be required to troubleshoot and repair a variety of simple diagnostics and therapeutic biomedical equipment to maximise equipment availability for patient care.
Diploma in Engineering or related fields. 3 years working experience as Instrument Technical Assistant or sterile processing unit will be preferred.
