Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance. 2. Process monthly full payroll accurately and on time for all employees. 3. Calculate and submit monthly CPF contributions. 4. Prepare and submit IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B, IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees. 5. Process NSmen make-up pay and Government-Paid Leave schemes claims HR Administration 1. Create, update, and maintain employee database and personnel records. 2. Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals. 3. Administer employee compensation, benefits, and e-leave systems. 4. Respond promptly to employee payroll and HR-related queries. 5. Prepare and generate detailed payroll and HR reports for management. 6. Coordinate recruitment activities and interview arrangements. 7. Administer training programs, including funding applications and attendance tracking. 8. Organize and file HR and payroll documents for audit readiness. 9. Assist with MOM surveys and statutory reporting. 10. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Higher Nitec in Business Studies. 2. 2-3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience in Singapore. 3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for payroll reconciliation. 4. Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage. 5. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations. 6. Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers. 7. Meticulous, well-organized, and able to meet strict payroll deadlines. 8. Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. 9. Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player.
