You will take on a primarily patient fronting role and oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and that a high level of service is provided to our patients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Staff management and deployment. Handle patient feedback. Review and streamline processes to enhance operations efficiency. Prepare and analyse performance data and reports and initiate recommendations to improve the department’s KPIs. Work with various stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address the identified needs for improvement.
