About the role We are seeking dedicated Patient Service Associates to join our team at the KK Women's & Children's Hospital. You will assist the doctors in the consultation rooms, when doctors review patients and/or provide treatments to patients. You will also be required to facilitate the patients’ visits by scheduling appointments, completing billing transactions and attending to patients’ enquiries.
At least GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications with 5 credits including English or ITE Certificate in Office Skills Previous experience in a customer service or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
