We are seeking a hands-on Landscape & Arboriculture Manager to support our Facilities Management operations. This role oversees landscape maintenance, tree management, and external environment services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality site operations. The successful candidate will work closely with operations teams, contractors, and client representatives to maintain a safe and well-managed outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Lead tree management programmes, including inspections, risk assessment, and remedial works Oversee landscape maintenance to meet operational and aesthetic standards Manage contractors and ensure delivery of works in compliance with NParks and WSH requirements Support site inspections, audits, and client engagement Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of landscape operations
Diploma/Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape or related field Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in FM or large-site operations ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) or strong equivalent experience Proven experience managing contractors and site operations Familiar with Singapore regulatory requirements (NParks, WSH) Ideal Candidate Strong technical knowledge in tree care and landscape management Confident in managing site operations and engaging stakeholders Detail-oriented with good reporting and compliance discipline Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
