Job Detail

Assist in performing daily routine inspections Assist in liaising and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works Assist in preventive / predictive maintenance to identify and prepare equipment for maintenance before breakdown Asssist in performing in-house maintenance work and quick fix of building repairs, painting and carpentry work Assist in maintain proper inventory of items for electrical, sanitary and plumbing, painting, carpentry, and hand tools Assist in ensuring safe working conditions through taking corrective actions to maintain equipment and process within safe operating limits Updating and maintenance of records of all equipment lists for machines, pumps, air-condition Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
