The role supports the Chief Controller in monitoring and managing mainline and depot fault occurrences, as well as engineering activities. The role responds to incidents when activated by Engineering or Rail Engineering & Performance leaders, performs 24/7 shift duties, and handles any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
