It includes overseeing fault diagnosis and rectification, coordinating prompt responses to system failures, reviewing and approving maintenance documentation, and managing maintenance logistics. The position also requires conducting safety inspections, audits, and housekeeping checks, maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, delivering in-house training to build team competency, and enforcing cybersecurity practices. Strong leadership and mentorship are essential to promote compliance, safety, and accountability, with additional responsibilities such as driving company vehicles and undertaking other duties as required.
