We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our food court. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all stalls, and conducting regular checks on equipment while coordinating maintenance when necessary. The Operations Executive will work closely with stall tenants to enhance overall operations and drive sales performance, while also coordinating stall activities and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. In addition, the role requires promptly addressing and resolving on-site issues to maintain a seamless customer experience.
