This role involves preparing a variety of beverages such as milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes, while ensuring the correct taste, sweetness level, and ice preference to meet customer expectations. You will maintain both product quality and preparation speed, while delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, introducing the menu, recommending products, handling orders and payments, and addressing inquiries or simple complaints with a positive attitude. Responsibilities also include preparing and managing ingredients—such as cooking tapioca pearls, cutting fruits, brewing tea, and making syrups—while ensuring freshness, proper storage, and assisting with inventory restocking. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is essential, including keeping the workspace and equipment clean, regularly washing utensils, and adhering to food safety standards. You will also operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment like sealing machines, ice makers, and blenders, reporting any issues as needed. Additional duties include assisting with stock counts, supporting new product testing, and complying with all store policies and regulations.
