The Stall Assistant supports the daily operations of a food stall in a Singapore coffeeshop, ensuring smooth food preparation, efficient customer service, and a clean working environment. The role involves assisting with basic food preparation such as cutting ingredients, simple cooking, and plating, as well as serving customers, taking orders, and handling cash or digital payments. The Stall Assistant is responsible for maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, cleaning the stall and utensils, packing takeaway orders accurately, and replenishing ingredients while monitoring stock levels. This position also requires following instructions from the stall supervisor or cook and complying with NEA food safety regulations at all times.
