Job Responsibilities: Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin treatments, and other non-invasive procedures Assist doctors during treatments when required Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable treatment plans to clients Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention Promote and upsell clinic treatments and packages where appropriate Handle customer enquiries (walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls) in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment Ensure proper documentation of treatments and client records Duration: Permanent Location: Orchard Working Hours: 44 hours work week (timing can be flexible i.e. come 1 hour earlier, leave 1 hour earlier, if not it’s typically 10am-7pm, includes alternate half or full Sat depending on hours worked during weekday) Salary: Up to $2800 + Incentives (for upselling packages) + VB + Comms
