Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Verify and compute overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions, and other payroll-related components. Prepare payroll reports, IR8A/IR21 forms, and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities (CPF Board, IRAS, etc.). Manage employee records related to payroll, including leave, claims, and attendance data. Handle government claims (e.g., NS, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave) and ensure timely reimbursements. Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies or queries related to payroll. Stay updated on MOM regulations, CPF policies, and any payroll-related statutory changes. Support audits and ensure confidentiality of all payroll information. Duration: Permanent Location: Tanjong Pagar Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 6.30pm Salary: Up to $2800
