About the Role: The Management Associate Program is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build broad business exposure and develop practical workplace skills in a dynamic environment. This program offers hands-on experience across key business functions, including Human Resources, Sales, Learning & Development (L&D), and Partnerships, allowing candidates to gain cross-functional exposure while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth. As a Management Associate, they will work closely with different teams, take part in structured training, and contribute to real business activities and projects that support both client engagement and organizational development.
