Job Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma in Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience (including internships/projects). Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build rapport with both clients and partners (IDs, electricians, contractors). Basic knowledge of networking and IoT (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, RF, IR, Bluetooth). Interest in smart home technologies and eagerness to learn on the job. Good organisational skills to handle multiple client projects. Sales-driven mindset with willingness to hit monthly targets. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with smart devices like Philips Hue, TP-Link, Sonos, or Google Home. Pre-sales or customer-facing experience. Basic scripting/automation knowledge (Python, Node-RED, Home Assistant). Driver’s License (preferred) — as site visits to clients and renovation sites are required. Ensure sales targets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
