Service Crew Responsibilities (Professional Summary) Report for duty punctually and maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance in a clean and proper uniform. Provide warm and courteous guest service with a positive attitude and friendly demeanour. Perform food and beverage service according to established service standards and SOPs. Take customer orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and ensure smooth order fulfilment. Verify served items against table order chits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Prepare beverages and maintain consistent quality and presentation standards. Clear used crockery and reset tables promptly to ensure readiness for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of crockery, glassware, tables, and service areas at all times. Replenish condiments, sauces, hot water, and other service essentials for smooth operations. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally by escalating issues to the Supervisor or Senior Service Staff when required. Maintain a calm and respectful approach when handling difficult situations; avoid arguments or inappropriate remarks with guests. Safeguard guests’ personal belongings by promptly handing over any lost items to supervisors for proper follow-up. Support daily restaurant operations and perform other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements & Working Conditions Possess a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to attain the certification upon confirmation. A committed team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to support restaurant operations. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours according to operational requirements. Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service and quality standards. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Demonstrate a learning and growth mindset, with the willingness to continuously improve knowledge, skills, and service capabilities. Working schedule: 5–6 days per week, based on operational requirements.
