Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics) or related field. 0–3 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, or technical program management. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing technical reports and presentations. Ability to interpret engineering requirements and ensure alignment with project deliverables. Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, Jira, or equivalent). Ability to identify risks and propose practical mitigation strategies. Experience in documentation, stakeholder communication, and meeting facilitation. Familiarity with engineering workflows, testing processes, or product development lifecycle is a plus.
