Carry out all pre-deployment checks and logistical preparations before every trial or field session. Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance on vehicles to uphold reliability and safety standards. Operate and pilot the vehicle as required during testing, transport, or demonstration activities. Assist engineers with data collection, equipment setup, and execution of test protocols in the field. Record observations, maintenance logs, and trial outcomes accurately for engineering review.
Willing to step into unfamiliar technical domains and contribute meaningfully beyond a single area of expertise. Proactively seeks to understand new systems, tools, and methodologies with minimal hand-holding. Follows procedures rigorously and flags issues early, especially in marine or high-stakes environments. Communicates clearly with engineers and adapts quickly to shifting priorities during field operations. Comfortable getting into the technical details of physical systems, from mechanical to electrical components. Stays calm and effective in dynamic field conditions, including offshore or variable-weather environments. A diploma or degree in any relevant discipline is welcome.
