Job Detail

Execute Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ) process including evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation. Ensure that procurement of products and services are always carried out in compliance with procurement policy. Work with internal users/stakeholders to ensure that the products and services procured fulfil users' needs. Monitor and manage compliance with contract/agreement and communicate to relevant parties including Legal Team, if required. Guide users on the completion of the requisition on eProcurement.

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline. Minimum 3 - 5 years of procurement experiences, experience in IT Procurement will be an advantage. Experience in using eProcurement tools. Process knowledge of procurement governance. Proven analytical and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
