Vehicle Maintenance & Servicing Perform routine maintenance services and general repairs on ICE, hybrid, and EV vehicles. Conduct inspections and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems including brakes, suspension, steering, and transmission. Replace worn or defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets quality standards and is completed within the stipulated timeframe. Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults in ICE, hybrid, and EV systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, including high-voltage systems in EVs. Interpret diagnostic codes and technical manuals to guide repair procedures. EV & Hybrid System Support Perform battery health checks, cooling system inspections, and software updates for EVs and hybrids. Safely handle high-voltage components and follow manufacturer-specific protocols. Stay updated on emerging technologies and service procedures for EVs and hybrid vehicles. Workshop Operations Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist supervisors with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Ensure proper documentation of service records and parts usage. Safety Awareness Report unsafe work activities, incidents/accidents, and participate in investigations in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. Participate in WSH and EV safety training programs and comply with safety procedures, especially when working with high-voltage systems.
