A valid Class 3 driving license Minimum 3 years of driving experience Minimum 1 year of experience in operating multiple software applications simultaneously in a fast-paced or mission-critical environment Strong multi-tasking, situational awareness, and decision-making abilities under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate new systems and interfaces related to autonomous vehicle technology Prior experience in remote operations, dispatch, or control room environments is a plus Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
