Technician

Job Detail

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department and all other operational departments. The Technician is required to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works across building systems, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The role requires practical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting works. In addition, the Technician is expected to conduct routine inspections, respond promptly to maintenance requests, maintain equipment in good working condition, and ensure high standards of workmanship while adhering to safety and operational procedures.
