You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt brand standards, while meeting the expectations of guests and owners. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the management of all functions related to the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas. The role involves supervising housekeeping colleagues, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met, coordinating room readiness, and ensuring guest requests are handled promptly and professionally. The Housekeeping Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring housekeeping supplies, maintaining proper records, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures, and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Through effective leadership and attention to detail, the role contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations in similar capacity. Possess good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
