You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests while ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained spa environment. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and guest amenities. The role involves assisting guests and club members with their needs, replenishing supplies, preparing facilities for daily operations, and ensuring all areas are kept in excellent condition at all times. The Spa Attendant is also expected to uphold safety and cleanliness standards, respond promptly to guest requests, and coordinate with other spa team members to deliver seamless service. Through attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach, the role contributes to maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring guest safety, and delivering an exceptional spa experience in accordance with Hyatt’s service standards.
Possess GCE ‘N’ level qualification and above. Pleasant disposition, well-groom, enthusiastic and energetic. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
