Seeking hands-on experienced IT Infra leader to manage end-to-end network uptime and infrastructure operations within a 24x7 manufacturing environment; ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT infra network and solution aligned with customer & HQ’s cybersecurity guardrails, as well as meet business and operational objectives. Responsible for IT governance on network security and infrastructure health, to plan and responsible for high availability, service reliability and efficient SA/NA implementation. Design, validate overall manufacturing network topology, based on IT HOD defined priorities and strategies, to collaborate internally and external parties for improvement Lead IT infra and OA support team for network, system and security project implementation and also safeguard routine best practices, processes and team capacity development Ensure high availability, performance, security, and stability across servers, storage, backup, and network environments fit continuous improvement of manufacturing setup In-charge and participate new business expansion infra network setup project In-charge and participate various SA improvement projects In-charge and participate various cyber security improvement projects Proactively monitor IT infra operation and deliverables, risks and issues, review and report incident, plan maintenance tasks, etc. within good standard and meets SLA expectation Communicate with Corp IT and external vendors for technical support and solutions for infra, network, security appliances, servers, mail, system and various hardware appliances Review infra and security related procedures and suggest policy changes in accordance with latest implementation, and maintain technical standards in this IT domain Provide L3 IT Infra support and outrage disaster recovery execution Review and plan regular internal auditing and review IT compliances and policies are executed and identify risks at early stage
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in CS / EE or relevant field, at least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure domain Proficient in spoken and written Chinese Relevant Experience in IT NA (WAN/LAN) and SA (WIN +Linus) expert Strong owenership Manufacturing experience is preferred Professional certificate : CCNP, CISSP ,RHCSA, ISO27001 is an added advantage Good technical experience with approachable attitude and strong ownership; highly adaptable with good communication and troubleshooting skill Experienced with Infra / SIEM project management and vendor management Strong security mindset, with exposure to SIEM and EDR/MDR/NDR/MDM solutions Past experience in 24 x 7 manufacturing infra on-premise environment is strongly preferred IT infrastructure related knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux, Microsoft (Windows, AD, SCCM, etc.), WAN/LAN/DMZ, Server provision, OS hardening, Virtualization, Centralised logging, Encryption, Backup, Database Administration, etc. Good fundamental knowledge of Networking protocols, DNS, VLAN, VPN, switching, routing, QoS, etc., and familiar with network monitoring tools. Proven experience with network capacity planning, infrastructure setup and expansion, etc. Good end user support experience with approachable and friendly attitude Able to work independently and with all levels of staff within the organization
