System Engineer is responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and support of IP-based security and network infrastructure systems This role oversees CCTV, Access Control, Security Automation, Video Analytics, IoT, and other technology projects while working closely with clients, management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence The position also provides technical leadership in troubleshooting, system integration, and evaluating emerging security technologies
Strong understanding of IP Networking, including WAN and LAN environments Experience in managing and delivering technical projects for both internal and client-based implementations Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, Security Automation, and Video Analytics solutions Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance Ability to install and configure Ethernet-based network equipment and systems Knowledge of NAS systems, Office 365 administration, Outlook administration, and PC hardware support Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Good written and spoken English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Team player with leadership and coordination capabilities Ability to work beyond regular office hours when required to support projects and operational needs Willingness to provide duty phone support and technical assistance. Keen interest in emerging security technologies and innovation
