"Responsible for managing project costs and commercial functions, including preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions, as well as performing quantity take-offs from drawings. The role involves evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations, handling progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project costs to ensure works remain within budget, oversee cost control, contract administration, and change management, and certify subcontractor claims. Liaise with clients and stakeholders on commercial matters, prepare monthly cost reports, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and support the project team in procurement and commercial activities."
