Responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Prepare monthly management reports, presentations, and financial analyses, providing insights and recommendations to management. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal reviews, audit schedules, intercompany transactions, fixed asset registers, and group consolidation. Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, cash flow projections, variance analyses, and commentaries. Improve financial systems, reporting workflows, and business planning processes. Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, GST requirements, and relevant legislation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm or with supervisory responsibilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented with strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to work independently when required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
