Responsible for managing daily food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experience. Handle customer orders, POS transactions, cash and cashless payments, and maintain high service standards. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company SOPs while controlling wastage and inventory levels. Drive sales through upselling, cost control, and product development initiatives. Support staff scheduling, training, and team development while ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, licensing, and workplace safety regulations. Manage stock ordering, conduct inventory checks, monitor outlet maintenance, handle customer and landlord feedback, maintain tenant relationships, achieve sales targets, prepare operational reports, and ensure overall outlet performance and profitability.y standards.
