Production Worker (Ninefresh/Gourmet)

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth production flow while ensuring that all products meet food safety, hygiene, and customer requirements. Your primary responsibilities include operating food production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and production schedules. You will be required to monitor production processes, ensure equipment is functioning properly, and follow work instructions to achieve daily production targets. Training will be provided to ensure you are familiar with production processes, equipment operation, and workplace safety requirements. You will assist in food preparation, processing, packing, labeling, and consolidation of finished products for storage and delivery. This includes ensuring that products are prepared and packed accurately, properly labeled, and handled with care to maintain product quality and consistency. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all products meet company specifications and customer expectations. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, workstations, utensils, storage areas, and the factory environment in accordance with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods will also be required to maintain a safe and organized workplace. In addition, you will conduct routine checks on machinery and equipment, report any operational issues to supervisors, and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance when required. You will support inventory movements, stock organization, and replenishment of production materials to ensure uninterrupted operations. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational goals. You will be expected to follow workplace safety procedures, wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with company policies at all times.
