We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Crew / Counter Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet. You will serve as one of the key points of contact for customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience from order placement to collection. Your primary responsibilities include taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, operating the cashiering system, processing cash and cashless transactions, issuing receipts, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. You will ensure that all orders are processed correctly and communicated effectively to support smooth operations and minimize service delays. In addition to cashiering and counter duties, you will assist with food and beverage preparation according to company standards and operating procedures. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties confidently and consistently while maintaining product quality and service standards. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet, including food preparation areas, service counters, dining spaces, and equipment. This includes adhering to food safety regulations, proper handling and storage of ingredients and supplies, and ensuring that all workstations are clean, organized, and adequately stocked during operating hours. As part of the operations team, you will assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, packaging preparations, and other operational support duties as assigned. You may also be required to perform opening and closing duties, including outlet setup, preparation work, cleaning, and equipment maintenance to ensure readiness for daily operations.
