Job Detail

Lead and supervise a team of Meal Service Associates (MSAs) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of meal services. Oversee meal ordering, serving, tray collection, beverage service, and pantry upkeep to ensure compliance with service standards. Plan daily work allocation, monitor attendance, and manage deployment of staff across wards. Conduct regular roll-call and ensure staff are properly attired and groomed, and necessary information cascaded during the roll-call. Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and hygiene standards in all meal service activities. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to MSAs to maintain service excellence. Handle feedbacks and complaints, respond to client/user request promptly. To escalate to Superior when necessary. Updating patient's meal requirements in the Meal Ordering System Gather patient feedback and attend to and resolve patients' feedback on meal related issue Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and implementation of corrective actions. Any other Meal Service Associate related work scope as required.
